    Amara joined DAL in 10th grade barely passing her classes. With her mentor Keisha's consistent support — weekly tutoring, goal-setting sessions, and honest conversations — she raised her GPA from 1.9 to 3.6, earned a full scholarship to Howard University, and now mentors younger students herself.
