Meet MaLiha

I founded Dream Achieve Lead because I wanted to build a space where young people felt truly seen, heard, and championed. My own journey with mentorship taught me that showing up consistently is the single most powerful tool we have to foster communication, problem-solving, and confidence in the leaders of tomorrow.

At Dream Achieve Lead, we don't treat mentorship as a transactional exchange of advice. We understand it as relationship-based learning. When mentors and mentees enter a mutual space of learning, both grow. Our model ensures that as our mentees develop their communication and leadership skills, they naturally evolve into mentors themselves, keeping the cycle of growth robust and active.

Every program, workshop, and tutoring hour we offer is built on this foundation of direct, empathetic advocacy. We welcome you to join us, whether as a parent looking for support, an aspiring mentee, or a mentor ready to make a lifelong difference.

I always dreamt of doing something different, but I didn’t know exactly how to get there. I was always good at math, but it wasn’t until my high school calculus teacher encouraged me to go into engineering that I considered it seriously. I went on to become the first woman in my family to enter engineering, and today I have a rewarding career as a technical sales engineer.

Early in college and in my professional life, I had amazing mentors who helped shape who I am today. I understand the importance of mentorship firsthand, so I try to mentor as many young people as I can. I’m currently mentoring students from a local HVACR program. Working in the HVACR industry, I’m helping create pathways for young people entering the field.
